O apartamento é novo, excelente, muito bonito e prático, fácil Check-in e check-out. Tem um estacionamento (não incluso) no próprio prédio, mas que facilita muito. Otima Localização. Área Gourmet comum muito bonita e confortável. Recomendo Apenas uma sugestão, o apartamento merecia uma cama maior, daí ficaria perfeito

Estrutura, limpeza e localização excelentes. Precisa mais atenção na comunicação com o hóspede, tive problema com o check-in online e não consegui contato nos números informados para auxílio nesse caso. O problema foi resolvido chegando ao flat. Sugiro também a troca das cadeiras da mesa de jantar, difícil trabalhar nelas, sua estrutura é extremamente frágil, o encosto não é firme. Para quem precisar trabalhar vai ter dificuldade. No mais, excelente acomodação.
