Nobody to query I had to,look for a strolley to carry the bags , no coffe maker to do the in the morning no batery in the remoto control The view was nice but suppose to have a bar to service in special at night Suppose to have a better indication to enter in the hotel and the cars park to off load the bags The employees was nice but need to have some little improvements To facilitate the in and out of the people . ⭐ 1 estrela — experiência péssima e total falta de transparência Durante minha hospedagem, um valor de 200 reais desapareceu de dentro do apartamento após a realização do serviço de arrumação. Comuniquei imediatamente o ocorrido à administração e esperava, no mínimo, uma apuração séria, transparente e compatível com a gravidade da situação. Entretanto, recebi apenas respostas genéricas e evasivas. O hotel afirmou ter realizado “verificações internas”, mas não explicou objetivamente quais registros foram analisados, quem teve acesso ao quarto nem apresentou qualquer informação concreta sobre a apuração. A administração limitou-se a dizer que conversou com a funcionária, que nada diferente foi percebido, e ainda mencionou a existência de um cofre no apartamento — argumento que, na prática, pareceu uma tentativa de transferir a responsabilidade ao hóspede. Em nenhum momento acusei diretamente um funcionário. Pedi transparência, identificação dos acessos e preservação dos registros, mas o hotel demonstrou maior preocupação em afastar qualquer responsabilidade do que em ajudar a esclarecer o ocorrido. Diante da postura adotada, registrarei boletim de ocorrência e acionarei a Hoteis.com, apresentando toda a troca de mensagens e solicitando a apuração do caso. Independentemente do resultado da investigação, o atendimento da gerência diante de uma ocorrência tão grave foi decepcionante, burocrático e pouco acolhedor.
