My booking was never sent to the company hosting the house. I was left without a place to stay. I received emails confirming my booking and the money was taken from might account as well. Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home.
