The staff was very welcoming and the property although still undergoing renovations was tidy and architecturally interesting. All common areas and our suit were clean. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the free parking for both vehicles. The location was pretty with the downtown and walking paths close by.

New place converted mill. Still doing some construction. Rooms nice. Check in is in an office down hall. Would be nice if this was where you walked in and constantly staffed. Bar to open in October. Quick walk to town.

Gorgeous property and will only get better as the riverside outdoor space, café and gym are finished. The staff was wonderful - helpful, friendly amd full of suggestions about what to see and where to eat in town. We will definitely be back!

It is not often you get to stay in a Textile Mill. This property has been converted extremely well, with spacious, clean and fully equipped rooms. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean room and helpful staff. If all constructions and renovations were completed, I guess the price would be 20%+ higher. :) But still worth to back again in the future.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and beautiful. We will definitely be staying there again. The only thing I would say is that they have no TV on the rooms. So make sure to bring an I pad if you need something to watch before bedtime

2/10 Poor

Thank you for a wonderful stay during a very stressful time. Your hospitality will be remembered for many years. I ended up having to stay here last minute. Was pleasantly surprised to see how great this place was. I was shown to my suite by one of the owners, made sure everything was in order. A unique property with expansions plans in place. I felt safe and like family staying here. I went for many walks, watched the water and explored the area. Perfect for getaways !

This was a super cool place! Staff were amazing, and it was so fun getting to explore the town and the hotel. Everything is a well preserved piece of history, and it seems like the owners put a lot of time and effort into restoring the mill rather than flipping it. If I'm ever out that way again I will definitely be booking here!

This place was a real gem of a find. Located in a beautiful heritage building with so much attention to detail. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, and the sound of the river beside my room was incredible. Highly recommend

Amazing place and staff! An old mill with modern rooms. New large deck coming over the river soon to enjoy drink or food. Highly recommended!

6/10 Good

Once this property is completed, it will be very nice. It is far too early to be having guests stay as it is still majorly under construction and there is a lack of attention to the guest experience. The floor in our room wasn’t very clean. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything on your floor and the floor above you. The room has a full kitchen including a stove!? But lacks a comfortable place to sit. There is no useable outside space around the hotel as it’s a construction site. The highlight was the restaurant Copper Still down the road which has a great patio with lovely views of the water.

It’s a beautiful, historic property, with great rooms, and location. I’d rate it higher but it’s not entirely complete at this time.
