Reservei e paguei mais caro por um quarto luxo, acima do standard, especialmente porque o quarto luxo possuía cama king size. Liguei às 20 hs avisando que iria chegar às 21:30 e já tinham passado meu quarto para outra pessoa em razão do overbooking do hotel e deram-me um quarto adaptado no 1o. andar com cama de casal pequeníssima. A janela do quarto não fechava e havia um barulho infernal dos aparelhos de ar condicionado instalados na laje em frente à janela do quarto. No banheiro havia manchas de vazamento e o quarto cheirava mofo. Expliquei na recepção que meu quarto era luxo, mostrei minha reserva e disseram-me que se não estivesse satisfeito deveria ir para outro hotel, o que não fiz por causa do horário. Café da manhã farto mas de baixa qualidade. Nada era gostoso. O café da máquina era muito ruim.

Tivemos um contratempo logo que chegamos, com a reserva, mas a atendente foi muito prestativo e logo foi resolvido. O hotel estava lotado, e não há estrutura suficiente para superlotação. No dia seguinte, o café da manhã estava lotado, pessoas tomando café da manhã em pé. Nem cheguei a entrar. Fui em outro lugar tomar um café da manhã decente. No segundo dia, tinha menos pessoas, mas o café da manhã é bem limitado e a água estava fria. Do meu quarto e dos outros 2 quartos que estavam meus parentes. Além de tudo. Ainda cobram 36 reais a diária do estacionamento. Enfim, a experiência não foi agradável. Não é hotel para família ou lazer. É hotel de trânsito para trabalho.
