Wasn't able to pay bill upon arrival or when I offered about 4 subsequent times. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with their communication with hotels.com Eventually I told them the amount and paid it. Also confusion about the fact that breakfast was included with the booking. Bed was very short, maybe 5ft 9 inches and my feet would hang over edge if I stretched out.
