Overall had a great stay here. Went to Brussels for a short few day holiday, stayed at Thon Hotel where the check-in staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Additionally the hotel is located right next to an entrance for the metro so really convenient for traveling to the city center, bout a 10-15 minute metro ride.

Fantastic everyone that worked there went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Especially William at the front desk was such a star explaining our needs to the other staff and making sure we had a lovely stay. Would really recommend and will stay again in the future.
