Friendly staff , area was convenient…. Bed was comfortable but the metal frame was loud . No snack / vending machine on property so bring them with you , but overall was worth the money for an overnight stay .

The room was clean although the tub could of been a bit cleaner. The heater worked, the hot water worked well. The bed linen was also clean. The microwave was clean. The mini fridge could of been a but colder but did the job. The TV remote worked properly and all the lamps worked. Overall i had all the necessities i needed and had a comfortable stay. I would stay again if i had too. Staff was also friendly and assisted with my needs

Mattress pad plus one sheet per bed. One blanket and a bed cover. Not sure why there wasn’t a second sheet on the bed. I suppose they were counting the mattress pad as a bottom sheet. A few other minor items, but for a one night stay it was ok.

We were given one room but needed a downstairs room. Unfortunately, that room was not quite ready. The tub was not clean, and there wasn’t enough towels per my reservation for 3. When trying to get in the building, and struggling, the attendant did not try to help us. Not that it was required BUT it would have been nice since their doors are not automatic.

The room was fairly clean but there were too many things wrong with it. The deadbolt didn’t work, no hot water for the shower, no microwave when it was advertised and same with breakfast. After leaving these comments on a review the front desk man came to my room at 1130 at night asking if I wanted to switch rooms and to delete my review. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at. Not to mention the hotel has a completely different name than what you booked. 1/10, very disappointing.

I’ll start with the positives because I always try to be fair. The location of Haven Inn in Louisburg is super convenient for Seby Jones Performing Arts. Also, the front desk girl who helped reactivate my key card in the morning when we got locked out was genuinely nice and helpful. Now… The photos online are a little… optimistic. You can tell they attempted a renovation at some point, but the renovation team fell way short. The floors are bubbling, separating, and growing things in the in between. Listen—I am not fancy at all. I’m the kind of traveler who just wants a clean place to sleep and a decent shower. But the bathtub was rough. There was mildew halfway up the tub and the shower curtain had clearly seen some things. Shower skipped for us. For three people, we had one towel and two wash rags, a used roll of toilet paper, and a collection of used mystery, mismatched lotion/conditioner/shampoo bottles. When I asked for more towels, they told me they had to wait for the other cleaning lady to finish washing some. The towels we eventually saw looked like they had served faithfully for about a decade and the mini fridge looked like it had rolled out of the back of someone’s pickup truck and was trying its best. No bugs (we hope) (and no refunds) so we stayed. 😂 And no, I didn't complain - I got the hint with the "All Sales Final, No Refunds" sign at check-in. My suggestion- book an Airbnb early. Sorry Haven, I kinda feel bad leaving a less than par review.
