"While the room is great, the service and communication is terrible. I had workers doing maintenance right outside my door at 4am and unfortunately there is no peephole so I had to get dressed to open the door and check what was going on. The ladder was right up against the door, hence all the noise. The maintenance staff were very apologetic but the hotel itself couldn’t have cared less. There are also no breakfast or coffee facilities in the morning. Overall there are better places to stay."
