Hotel muito bom, principalmente por ser um prédio novo. A área é silenciosa, o hotel é amplo e espaçoso. Tem um bom restaurante e estacionamento com manobrista. Café da manhã maravilhoso, academia excelente, hotel muito novo e ainda tem a comodidade de ter um shopping ao lado. A região também é ótima, com vários restaurantes legais por perto. Eu sempre ficava no Mercure, mas dessa vez fiquei no Novotel e adorei! Com certeza voltaria.

Quarto e banheiro extremamente limpos e confortáveis. Hotel novo e moderno. Café da manhã excepcional e com grande variedade. Único problema que impediu dar nota máxima foi a menina do front desk que estava em serviço no dia do nosso check in. Chegamos por volta das 12:30 e mesmo chegando com uma muleta em razão de uma cirurgia no joelho, disse que teria de voltar às 15:00 para poder entrar no quarto. Por sorte os colegas dela viram que já havia quarto vago e por meu status no programa de fidelidade deles, me autorizou a entrar no quarto. Minutos mais tarde, ao requerer um segundo cartão de acesso ao quarto, já que foi feita somente uma chave para os dois hóspedes, na maior má vontade disse que não poderia ser feito, a não ser que minha estadia fosse mais de uma diária. Quando informei que seriam 3 noites, ela de cara fechada forneceu a segunda chave como se fosse um favor que estivesse fazendo, Mas enfim, apesar desse incidente, retornaria fácil ao hotel e recomendaria a qualquer um que me pedisse indicação, apenas fazendo essa ressalva quanto ao atendimento da menina.

O quarto é simples, mas muito limpo e bem cuidado, assim como o banheiro. Os funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos e prestam um ótimo atendimento. O café da manhã é excelente, com boas opções, e a academia também é um diferencial, muito bem equipada. Como ponto de melhoria, achei que o custo-benefício poderia ser melhor. O hotel cobra pelo estacionamento e por alguns serviços que, em outros hotéis de Uberlândia, normalmente já estão incluídos na diária. Além disso, o quarto em que fiquei recebe bastante sol, então o ar-condicionado não consegue resfriar o ambiente tão bem quanto eu esperava, o que deixou o quarto bem quente. Outro ponto é que, por estar localizado em uma avenida movimentada, há bastante barulho externo, principalmente para quem tem o sono leve. No geral, é um bom hotel, confortável, organizado e com uma equipe muito cordial. Acredito apenas que, pelo valor da diária, poderia oferecer um pouco mais de comodidades inclusas e melhorar esses detalhes para proporcionar uma experiência ainda melhor.
