Há ressalvas!

O hotel estava em reforma quando fizemos o check-in. Questionei se havia obra onde nos colocaram e disseram que não, o que não era verdade. Havia obra e o andar estava todo sujo. O acabamento do quarto era novo, pós reforma. Entretanto, tivemos que conviver com a poeira durante a hospedagem. Mesmo com acabamento novo, o banheiro do quarto tinha um cheiro ruim. Acho que vinha do ralo. Café da manhã muito bom.

Estadia lamentável

O Hotel está em grande reforma. Ficamos no 4° andar e o corredor para acessar o elevador estava interditado com andaimes e tábuas e precisavamos ir de escada até o 3°andar para acessar o elevador, inclusive com bagagem na hora de ir embora.A partir de 8 horas começou a utilização de ferramentas e assim o barulho. Soubemos da obra somente no check-in. O estacionamento é cobrado o que não está evidente no site.

Hotel em Reformas

O hotel está em reforma. Reservei dois quartos e nos acomodaram justamente no andar em obras. Apesar de todo o esforço e cuidado da equipe com os hóspedes, considero inadequada a decisão da gerência de manter o andar em funcionamento durante a reforma, expondo os clientes a transtornos desnecessários. Os quartos que nos foram destinados eram antigos, mal conservados e aparentavam ter mais de 40 anos. Uma pessima experiência.
