Já nos hospedamos anteriormente no Hotel Santo Afonso, mas dessa vez não tivemos uma boa experiência. No dia seguinte ao nosso check-in, o banheiro estava com um cheiro muito forte de urina. Não sabemos se saía dos ralos ou de um vazamento atrás do vaso sanitário. Estávamos voltando de Campos do Jordão e trouxemos uns produtos que precisavam de refrigeração. Quando chegamos no hotel, tirei os produtos da bolsa térmica e coloquei no frigobar. Saímos para passear e somente no dia seguinte fui perceber que o frigobar não se encontrava ligado. Reclamei na portaria e disseram que nós é que deveríamos ter ligado o mesmo. Foi a primeira vez que vi isso em um hotel. Acho que a política do hotel deve ter mudado pois anteriormente que nos hospedamos lá, nós não precisamos ligar frigobar pois já estava funcionando. E não fomos informados disso, nem havia nenhum informativo no quarto sobre essa questão. Ficamos com algum prejuízo dos produtos que trouxemos.
