Hotel is in great location near to many sites, bars and restaurants. Room is comfortable and good value for money. Breakfast is OK but only open up from 8am - not very convenient if you have an early flight or want to venture out of the city for the day. Only one coffee machine so there were often waits for this.

Café da manhã, máquina de café automática com defeito, nao funcionava, só se moveram quando eu disse se eles não iriam se movimentar para passarem um café coado e esquentarem o leite... Aí, eles instalarem uma máquina de expresso e esquentaram o leite... Outro assunto, saímos para passear por volta de 9 damanha, colocamos informação para arrumarem o quarto. Quando retornamos, por volta das,16:30h o quarto nao estava arrumado. . Fui até a portaria e "descasquei o verbo, falei que sao incompetentes, etc...' Demiraram mais 39 minuto, para arrumarem +/- o quarto... Resumo: incompetentes. .

Hotel novo, muito limpo, quarto confortável. Ótima localização, muitas lojas e restaurantes por perto. Em um dia houve um movimento noturno no entorno, mas o quarto é bem vedado contra o som externo, não nos incomodou. Café da manhã razoável, com horário restrito (das 08:00 às 10:00). O frigobar é abastecido apenas com um recipiente de vidro com água, higienizada e engarrafada pelo próprio hotel (optamos por comprar água no comércio local). O banheiro do quarto tinha uma configuração incomum: um box para o chuveiro, outro box para o sanitário e um lavabo (pode ser um pouco constrangedor para dois hóspedes sem muita intimidade). O box do chuveiro não tem barra de apoio (que seria útil para idosos) e o ralo não dá vazão adequada à água, que fica acumulada durante um banho mais prolongado. Quanto ao staff, destaque para Angela, responsável pelo café, muito simpática e atenciosa.
