"Our experience was excellent. Vlad from the restaurant was exceptional for my daughter's multiple severe allergies, he cooked her food separately and she eat like a king, the service was the best anyone could ask for. Nothing was too much trouble. 5 star plus. Chelsea who is first aid trained came to see us in our room where my daughter needed medical assistance due to her having an allergic reaction to a hot chocolate that Costa had made for her at the Burghley Horse Trials, we came back to the hotel and my daughter was getting worse after having all the medications she could have before EpiPen and Chelsea was amazing, she was very calming with lots of knowledge and she helped us. Thank you Chelsea. The receptionist was extremely helpful when I had called down to reception asking for some more tissues and she was very quick with the service too. I can't say thank you enough to you all for making our stay an amazing and wonderful time. It is truly appreciated you are all amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to all, they really care and are excellent for allergies and they are extremely efficient Thank you so much"
