I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay in room 313, as the experience was unfortunately quite disappointing.
I made the reservation through Hotels.com, as I typically do when travelling, often several times per month. I am therefore quite familiar with hotels positioned in the same category as yours and normally have very positive experiences.
However, several aspects of this stay were surprising:
• Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bed was extremely small, likely the smallest double bed I have encountered in a hotel of this category. When I contacted reception, I was informed that I should have paid closer attention to the bed type during booking. I was offered a room with two separate beds, which unfortunately does not work when travelling with my wife for a romantic stay.
• The room appeared to be adapted for accessibility needs, which I fully respect and appreciate as an important feature. However, this was not required in our case and it significantly reduced the usable space in the shower.
• There were also no convenient power outlets on the left side of the bed or near the workspace for charging devices. In order to charge my phone or laptop, I had to unplug the bedside lamp and the desk lamp, which is quite inconvenient for a modern hotel room.
