"The staff were extremely helpful. There is a spa in the hotel which was wonderful. The beds and linens are comfortable. Bathroom super clean and modern. Free shuttle service to the hotel which is just a few minutes away. Very good food in walking distance from the hotel. We did not eat in the hotel but the menu looked good and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend."

"Clean spacious room, very comfy bed. Particularly liked the fact there was a small fridge and a safe in the room, along with a kettle and coffee/tea making supplies. The bathroom was a bit tired but very clean, the shower was excellent, and good sized towels provided daily. The location is very good in one of the smaller streets, within easy walking distance to the old town and harbour area, and the central station and city areas in the other direction. We would stay here again."

"The Victor hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was clean modern and the staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. Many coffee choices and made to order eggs. We also received a nice welcome gift. A tote bag and 2 reusable no plastic water bottles. A very nice touch which came in handy. Close to pedestrian streets and about 15 minute walk to the old town with lots of restaurants. 10 minutes away from the bus and train station. All around great location"

"We have just come back from our stay at Dilman Luxury stays in Bari and I would not be able to praise this place and the staff enough in one review. We have stayed there for 10 days and we felt like at home! The place is simply outstanding and has exceeded our expectations despite of all the great reviews we have read before visiting it. You will find everything there that is needed/useful/handy for you stay. For us it is definitely 11 stars out of 10! Now onto staff - well they all were simply amazing. Polite, helpful, welcoming, respectful, happy, knowledgeable. All of them were always checking if we were happy with everything. Rafaella was very helpful in terms of suggesting places to visit and Alessia was an incredible photographer! We wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you and you have made our stay there simply wonderful!"
