"The staff were great and very friendly. The spa was very good. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices apart from kids running a muck touching food. Our room was clean and tidy the only thing that let it down was the quality of the mattress and that there was no where to put your suitcase and no hooks for coats."

During your time there, you can explore the stunning beaches, enjoy friendly local interactions, take part in surfing, and unwind at a spa. Additionally, a visit to the family beach provides a great value for money, with attractions like swimming and opportunities to learn about sharks and coral reefs. Overall, Newquay offers an affordable getaway that is rich in history and culture.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Newquay, begin by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. It’s also wise to activate email alerts or push notifications to stay informed about flash sales and exclusive offers, helping you seize opportunities to save. Additionally, you can utilise the Smart Shopping tool via the app to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're among the first to know if rooms become available or prices drop, making your last-minute getaway easier to book.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay in a hotel in Newquay. For those seeking something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is higher than expected, we’ll suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, helping you find a better deal.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Newquay's excellent public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well-connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often remarkable value for money to be found.
