Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The villa was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and overall I enjoyed staying here. The location was also convenient for Echo Beach. The main area that could be improved is communication. At times I sent simple questions, for example about breakfast, and had to wait one or even two hours for a reply. It would be helpful to have quicker communication or clearer information provided in advance. Housekeeping was good, but the Do Not Disturb sign/system could also be explained more clearly. I only realised later how it worked, so at first I didn’t understand why the room had not been cleaned. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, with just a few small improvements in communication that would make the experience even better.

It was a nice stay, love the pool. WiFi was not great but the staff helped me as much I could to get it more stable. Also ladder to the pool was very loose and unstable, and the floor boards on the deck were loose but overall a great spot in canggu close to lots of stuff :)
