We rented this property a month before we were traveling to Miami. Day before our check in I text the property owner about not receiving any information to enter the property and many hours later they responded us saying that the booking is cancelled because they had problem with the swimming pool and they will refund our full money ( which we did not get) but only recieved a partial refund with no other communication. Again I ask them and their response is plain nothing. I also recieved a separate email from Expedia which basically explained me that they property owner accidentally did double booking and that is why they cancelled ours. With 10 people on a day before our checkin i was in key west looking for a new place to live and ended up paying extra money for that. Ofcourse they didn’t even refund fully the original amount not sure i should expect anything extra on top of it. Such an unprofessional service i received from the property owner and the Expedia.
