Beautiful
I really enjoyed this hotel except the mattress was too hard for me and my husband. We would have liked a more comfortable bed. The style was beautiful and exotic and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want something different than the traditional style hotel, this is the place. Also very centrally located.

Great location downtown , priced in the high end , convenient to explore downtown ! Fantastic staff … but as I always say when you book a boutique hotel in a historical building set your expectations accordingly to what amnesties you will get ! We stayed at the Hotel Hacienda and the Hotel Hacienda VIP, which are next door to each other - and both are amazing. Beautiful rooms, private balconies and pools, and wonderful and kind staff. Really wonderful hotel that I highly recommend.

Liked the staff and the breakfast options that were available. The hotel only had 3 floors but the steps were a little challenging due to curvature and incline of steps. There were also a number of mosquitoes in the room.

El hotel es muy bonito, lástima que los aires acondicionados no enfrían lo suficiente, son equipos pequeños para habitaciones tan grandes, las almohadas terribles, y por la noche no hay quien atienda, parece un hotel fantasma, no hay gente ni de seguridad, menos en la recepción etc,, obvio no contestan el teléfono y para rematar hay un bar cubano junto a la propiedad con música en vivo a muy alto volumen hasta las 2am, por cierto buena música, jaja (olvídense de descansar)

Hermosa casona que ofrece una excelente opción de hospedaje. Las habitaciones y jardines muy bien cuidados, excelente limpieza y muy céntrico. El personal sumamente amable. El punto malo, la tv no estaba configurada y comunicarse a recepción era complicado, pero la calidad y amabilidad del personal salvaron ese detalle. Le doy un 9/10.

Nuestra estadía estuvo de 10, encontramos que es un hotel lleno de gente bellísima para atender, es chico, old fashion diría yo, pero tiene todo lo que los Turistas buscan. La limpieza es muy buena, los baños se notan remodelados y muy prácticos. Feliz regresaría!!!
