Staff is nice!... but management or leadership is nonexistent. Facility is in dire need of remodel as price does not match quality. Not a great idea to leave room keys in the lobby on a maid cart (most days) for anyone to steal. TV mount was on the room in the wall but no TV as advertised. Sorry but just true facts.
