Vou ser sincera, a localização é boa, mas o quarto e o hotel tem pouca estrutura. Fiquei contrariada, porque quando cheguei para fazer o check-in eles disseram que não havia mais quartos disponíveis, sendo que eu já havia reservado pelo site quase 1 mês antes. Estávamos em uma viagem em família, e cada um, tiveram que acomodar em um hotel diferente, por que quase todos os hotéis da Rede estavam lotados, segundo eles. Enfim, embora todo esse transtorno, foi boa a viagem, mas a estadia, deixaram a desejar.

Péssimo
Cheguei cansada da viagem e tive uma intercorrência logo de entrada referente meu pet! Chegando no quarto uma decepção. Tudo estava sujo, o chão escorregava e tinha cheiro de pano sujo. O frigobar todo enferrujado. Tinha um lençol de solteiro na cama, fomos pedir outro e não tinha, Deram uma manta que parecia já ser usada! A única coisa boa é o chuveiro e o ar condicionado. O café da manhã simples mas ok. Uma pena ser assim, pois a localização é ótima e é beira mar. Tinha tudo para serem perfeitos.

Serviço da recepçao foi bom, funcinarios bem educados e solícitos. Só precisam atentar as mensagens enviadas para evitar contra tempo como NO SHOW mesmo com aviso previo do hospede. Localizaçao da hospedagem perfeita. Estrutura do Hotel precisa de reformas, estao muito deterioradas. Serviço e qualidade do café poderiam ser melhores, local nao tem refrigeraçao e muito quente. Os quartos tambem precisam de ajuste e reformas para um melhor conforto.

Precisa manutenção, localização boa pro Carnaval
Hotel muito simples e antigo. Tem infiltração nas paredes e no teto. Porém o atendimento é bom e cordial. Tanto a Barbara que é a gerente como todas as camareiras e cozinheiras que cuidam do café da manhã são muito prestativas. Ficamos hospedados para o Carnaval e, apesar das instalações do hotel não serem boas, pois o hotel é muito antigo e precisar de manutenção (só deram um tapa pra dar uma melhorada) a localização é excelente! logo ao final do circuito Barra-ondina.

Terrível, descuidado e em péssimas condições.
O hotel não é apenas ruim, é totalmente desleixado! Pra quem vai para Salvador por causa do Carnaval, a localização é a melhor impossível e o hotel tem super potencial. Mas as condições dele estão terríveis! Lençóis e toalhas cinzas e rasgados, a porta do banheiro inteira mofada, frigobar enferrujado, as janelas não foram limpas desde que o hotel inaugurou. Ou seja, parece que não fazem questão alguma de prover o MINiMO para ser um hotel, uma estrela que fosse. Uma pena porque ele realmente tem muito potencial.

Reforma urgente ou fecha
O quarto em que fiquei , no primeiro andar , era assustador. A porta estava mofada , com fechadura caindo, só consegui dormir pq coloquei o frigobar em frente à porta pois estava com medo. O hotel está sem manutenção , lençóis e toalhas encardidos. Fiquei no hotel em 2015 e não me recordo desse estado em que está hj. Não recomendo, foi a pior estadia que tive apesar dos funcionários serem cordiais
