I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for my stay, clearly expecting a shared space for my group. However, upon arrival, we were given two completely separate rooms. This was not what we had reserved or needed, and it completely disrupted the purpose of our trip — we wanted to stay together as a family.
When I raised the issue with the front desk, there was little acknowledgment or effort to correct the situation. No alternative options or compensation were offered, and it felt like the booking request wasn’t taken seriously.
While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable individually, that doesn’t make up for the miscommunication and lack of customer service. A 2-bedroom apartment is not the same as two separate hotel rooms, and this should have been clarified before our arrival.
