It was terrible experience. First even hotel couldn't be located on the address published on expedia, it took me to Airlines cargo terminal, mobile number was switched off. Struggled and finally able to reach out to the hotel at address provided by hotel staff after 30 minutes. Room was not ready , it took 30 minutes to get it ready. Even after cleaning , room was not perfect. Room heating was not working, it was very cold. Inspite of free airport pick up / drop as mentioned while booking of tickets , they charged money for same. It was so terrible that have to check out after 5-6 hours .
