The resort is nice, great swimming pools and nice staff. It was winter time, the hotel was empty (around 30% of occupation). It was strongly raining on our last day. With a night flight, the reception had a completely lack of customer orientation. We stayed more than 4 hours on the wet and cold reception, without any drink offering. It was really disappointing for such a hotel.

Alguns pontos negativos: o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo (tinha bastante mofo na porta do banheiro); no checkout, o consumo não é detalhado e a gente fica sem saber o que consumiu (só havia o valor total de restaurante X), e na hora de lançar o pedido o funcionário não te mostra o que registrou; não há avisos de não fumar perto das áreas de alimentação, como no café da manhã - estava gestante, saindo com meus filhos pequenos do café e tivemos que passar por uma nuvem de fumaça de cigarro logo pela porta do local.
