When we arrived to the hotel, the hotel receptionist could not find the reservation hotels.com sent to them. So we wait 30 minutes for her to find it. At least that's what she told us, when i went back, she said we have to find it ourselves!!! I said we can not do that. She said she will look again to the emails, i said then lets leave our bags and sight see the city then we come back in a few hours. She said ok. When we came back, she still could not find it. Accused hotels.com for not sending it to them. Said we have to call hotels.com ourselves and get it sent to her or we can not get our room.
At last i was able to persuade her to call the hotels.com and she asked them to send the reservation. We had the reservation paper printed in our hand and she did not accept it in the morning!!!
Anyways at last we were able to get in our rooms around 4 pm!!!
This is the brunette receptionist in the reception.... And she was very vague and disrespecting and insulting manner while she was talking to us.
I would never stay at this hotel ever again and would never advise anyone to stay here.
I booked with hotels.com for many many times and nothing like this happened. I'm pretty sure that the hotel had a mix up in themselves and accused hotels.com instead.
THe room is small and dirty and the beds are so cheap, just made from wool, so uncomfortable and bad. Everything is old, not working or barely working.
Disaster!
