Room was clean, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was amazing! Building itself is nice and I’m very happy with our stay here. Will definitely return to this hotel next time I have another layover in São Paulo (only 10 min from airport).

The room is super clean, the food is good. Kitchen is open until 1:30am if your flight late and breakfast starts at 4:30am, which is very convenient for early flights. Great service!

Room was very well structured, had all necessary items. However, the room was very small, the bare minimum. Otherwise it is a very good, budget level hotel

The room was clean and comfortable, my only complaint is that there were not enough blankets for everyone. However, the front desk staff provided us with blankets.

It was such a clean and well kept hotel. I loved the breakfast buffet and very close to the airport. So thankful for this place after the ordeal I had to go through at the airport and missed my flight.

As always it was great, I had an alteration on my stay and they were able to accommodate my request. I had lunch at the property and it was delicious, my room was clean and quiet. I really recommend the hotel.

The hotel is near the main airport of São Paulo, very convenient for business travelers, the food at their restaurant is great, breakfast, lunch and dinner, a good variety for a good price. The staff are friendly and willing to help. There is a mall near the property, ai really recommend it.

6/10 Good

Floors look and feel dirty and sticky. Basically, everywhere. Good option for breakfast, lunch and dinner given there arent any options around, and ifood delivery doesnt have great options. But cutlery in restaurant looked all stained and dirty! Staff was ok, not the friendliest - just normal.

2/10 Poor

Zero soundproofing. Why would anyone build a hotel that is not soundproof next to an airport? The first room they gave me was next to a busy street and the noise was so bad that you might as well have had the window open. The second room they gave me was a bit better, no busy street but I could still hear the airplanes and people walking in the hallway. I did not sleep well even with earplugs. The receptionist told me that the shuttle would take 20 minutes, but it took more than 40. No accident or anything that would have indicated that this was out of the ordinary morning traffic.

2/10 Poor

To arrive late at night and have to wait 1,5 hour in a terrible long line for checkin, due to the hotel lack of personal available (and actually get that as an excuse, in a very impolite manner, with no compensation whatsoever) was one of my worse experiences in a hotel ever. I would recommend Ibis Guarulhos Airport Hotel, but never this one: IBIS BUDGET GUARULHOS AERPORTO
