We had an excellent 2-night stay at The Couper Umiltà, made truly special by the outstanding service from the reception team — especially Martina. She went above and beyond to be kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful towards my son, which meant a lot to us and really stood out. Her warmth and professionalism are a real credit to the hotel. Despite non-stop rain during our stay, the hotel’s very central location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go, with the Colosseum only about a 20-minute walk away. The only minor downsides were that there is no lift (stairs only, so not ideal for those with mobility needs) and there was no safe in the room. Overall, a wonderful stay thanks to exceptional staff and a great location — we would definitely return.

Great location - our window overlooked via del Corso! Only downfall was no lift and we were on the 2nd floor with 5 heavy suitcases. The hotel staff did take everything up and down but would’ve been easier with a lift.

늦은시간에 체크인 하러갔는데 직원분이 친절히 응대해 주셔서 서비스가 너무좋았어요!! 숙소도 청결하고 근처에 가게 방문하기도 위치가 너무좋았습니다!! 단점이라면 캐리어가지고 중심가로 이동해야되므로 교통편을 이용하지 않으면 힘들것같아요 ㅜㅜ 어메니티가 슬리퍼나 칫솔은 없고 옷 보관할 공간이 좀 작아서 불편했던 그거는 없는것 같네요 ㅎㅎ

I had an amazing stay at The Couper Hotel in Rome! The location is excellent! walking distance to all the main attractions, steps from fontana de trevi, Parthenon, restaurants, and cafés. The room was spacious, modern, and super clean, with great attention to detail. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Solo el último día alguien me atendió . Me indicaron que dejarían mi llave de acceso en un sobre con mi nombre y solo dejaron las tarjetas botadas en el mostrador ( vacío ) . Jamás vi alguien en la entrada al edificio . La habitación pequeña pero muy linda , excelente que hubiera una cafetera , cápsulas de café, té , tazas y vasos y botellas de agua . Muy buen gusto en la decoración y muy limpio todo .

Ilmastointi onneksi toimi hotellissa. Välillä meinasi huoneen ilma kosteutua, kun kolme ihmistä kävi samana päivänä suihkussa. Pyyhkeet eivät kylpyhuoneessa kuivuneet millään. Hotellin sijainti taas oli täydellinen, kävellen pääsit melkeinpä kaikkialle Roomaan. Äänieristys ikkunoissa oli olematon, joten kaikki äänet kuuluivat kadulta huoneeseen kellon ympäri. Ilman korvatulppia ei nukuttu. Huone oli muuten siisti, uudistettu sisustus. Joissain sisustus asioissa ei ehkä ihan ollut ajateltu käytännöllisyyttä huoneen ollessa käytössä. Esim. kaapiston isot kahvat estivät ovien avaamisen kokonaan kun ne ottivat kiinni vieressä oleviin seiniin. Huoneen ainoat peilit olivat vessassa, joten kolmen naisen kanssa laittautuminen kesti ja asukokonaisuuden pystyi tarkistamaan vain siellä vessassa. Pimennysverhot puuttuivat. Huone oli valoisa katuvalojen takia koko yön. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen, silloin kun se oli paikalla. Onneksi viesteillä pystyi selvittämään esim aikaisen uloskirjautumisen taikka myöhäisen sisäänkirjautumisen. Meillä kävi myös sellainen moka huoneessamme, että olimme varanneet sen kolmelle. Kun saavumme perille, vuoteita ja kaikkea muutakin on vain kaksi. Siivoojat ovat väittäneet kaiken olevan kunnossa, joten respa antaa meille lakanat ja petivaatteet ja siellä sitten itse kasaamma kolmatta petiä kuntoon. Se oli ainut iso miinus. Olimme kuitenkin pohjimmiltaan tyytyväisiä vierailuumme. Sijainti oli isoin plussa.
