Apartment needs updating
Check-in staff was friendly n helpful. Our room was disappointing though - the carpet really needs to be replaced. Doesn't feel good barefoot on it as well; felt damp. Also, we hav 5 pax which is what the room caters for but tge king is actually made up of 2 singles; its really not possible for anyone to sleep in the middle so my son had to put 2 couches together in sleep there

Run down expensive substandard hotel
The hotel is run down. There was hair on bed sheet. It was advertised as two bedrooms but I would call it a one bedroom apartment as the two single beds are in the lounge room and not in a bedroom. It was expensive by any standard and exremely expensive for what you get considering the lack of standard. It was advertised as four stars but I would rate it a no more than two stars.

The pictures on the website make the place a lot spacious however this is not the case On arrival for our 5 night stay we walked into our room and only had 2 towels 2 hand towels NO face flannels The bathtub in the shower is way to high to get out when wet We had a shower and the bath tap was running also there is a button for push in ir pull out however the bottom did not work so whilst having a shower the bath weather was flowing also The cutlery has a lot to b desired 2 of everything and not matching including the drinking glasses 2 very thin blankets Carpet is ripped/torn by the sliding door Wall by the couch is in desperate need of painting Our stay on the Gold Coast was wonderful and what I needed however the room has a lot of unerderlying issues that needs to b addressed for future stays

Reasonable value for money
Reasonably cheap compared to others in the area, but quite dated. We didn't spend a lot of time there as we had friends a few blocks away and it was fine for what we needed. The bed was comfortable and a portacot was provided. The staff were friendly and the location was very convenient for transport and the beach.
