A bit of luxury
Excellent hotel. Very good location, 5 min walk to city centre. Staff were professional and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom, upmarket amenities. Good wifi. Nice pool/bar area. If you are looking for a bit of luxury, then Crystalbrook Bailey fits the bill. Would definitely stay again.

VERY DISSAPOINTING
Had read amazing reviews for this hotel but unfortunately our stay was very dissapointing. From dirty glasses, un-emptied bins & un-made beds to dirty toilet, no coffee/tea refills & a flooding bathroom. This is a five star hotel but the housekeeping for 4 out of the 5 days we were there was disgusting. I noticed a dirty glass when we arrived & it wasn't replaced until day 5! The covers on our bed were made but when we pulled back the covers, the bed hadn't actually been made. I emailed Crystalbrook detailing these issues & have not had a reply from them.

My room was clean but smelled very strongly and not in a good way. The smell was so strong it would have been apparent to those who had cleaned and / or checked before my stay. I was disappointed - but only in for the night so just got out as early as possible the next day.
