La personne à l’accueil nous a demandé de payer alors que je lui ai montré un reçu d’ Hotels.com où il était indiqué que c’était réglé. Mais il ne voulait rien savoir, donc nous sommes partis et avons trouvé un logement décent. J’ai essayé de joindre Hotel.Com par téléphone en vain pour annuler cette réservation d’hôtel. Client sur ce site depuis de nombreuses années, je ne comprends pas qu’il soit parmi les Hotel de ce site.
