White Swan Hotel
"Good location, staff very helpful."
Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel
"Rooms were lovely. Staff were very helpful and English was good. Great that it was part of the shopping Mall."
Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe
"If it is your first time in Guangzhou I would highly recommend this hotel to you. They helped us recovered my bag when I left it on a DIDI ride while on the way to the hotel. While we could not check in early, they provided us with hot drinks while we wait for our room. Each time we were in distress, the staff impressed us with excellent service and advise. The staff we met here are all well trained and I am specifically impressed with them. The room is clean, spacious, well equipped. Water pressure, optimal. Super for a tired day of shopping. The breakfast was sumptuous. Different types of eggs (even tea egg), automated coffee machine, fresh fruits, many types of cheeses, yogurts, fresh juice choices and also on demand, takeaway coffee on demand, all the stuff that we enjoy. They are equipped with robots that deliver your ice/ water to your room. This hotel is a 11/10 experience in our opinion. Will be back if we visit Guangzhou again."
The Garden Hotel Guangzhou
"Excelente atención del personal, han mejorado mucho y la habitación espectacular"
China Hotel
"I like it"
Canton Hotel Guangzhou, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
"Location was actually good with Beijin Road and Nantou museum in sight of room. MTR was slightly too far 15 mins walk. Swimming pool looked good but sadly didn’t use."
Rosewood Guangzhou
"This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault it. Room was sensational too!!"
Four Seasons Guangzhou
"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the new city district. Convenient walk to the Canton tower and various tourist spots. Well maintained hotel. The only downside was the heavy smoking smell in the hotel bar. Not sure why smoking indoor is allowed"
Hilton Foshan
"We enjoyed our stay here especially with the amenities for children with a good play area. You get what you expect with a Hilton hotel and we found it to be good value for money, but the hotel is definitely aging a bit. Also was disappointed that their bar only opened at 2pm. Aside from that, location was lovely, room was comfortable and staff were extremely kind and helpful."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Foshan
- Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Foshan is between July and September, when hotel prices tend to be lower. For those looking to explore the city's historical and cultural landmarks, a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is recommended. This duration allows visitors to fully appreciate the rich history and cultural attractions, including temples and natural parks, all while enjoying great value for money. Travelling during this period could provide budget-friendly options, as prices may drop further, making it an ideal choice for those on a budget.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals to Foshan, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. It’s wise to enable email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com to stay updated on flash sales and special last-minute offers, helping you seize opportunities for savings. Additionally, the Smart Shopping feature on the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're informed if prices drop or rooms become available, making it easier to secure a spontaneous getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay at a hotel in Foshan. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels may provide a more personalised atmosphere and sometimes better value for money. When you make a booking through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we’ll suggest more economical dates that could help you secure a better deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be pricier; however, with Foshan's superb public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located a bit further out that remains well linked. For those wishing to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
