I stayed there 20 years ago and remember the buffet being superb. This time, the food was terrible and cost $200 for 2 people. The worst and most disappointing experience. Because of that, I will never go back. Also, very overrun with local tourists so too busy in the lobby and common areas. Couldn’t take a picture at the iconic waterfall because of this. If the White Swan wants to keep it’s high rating, they should limit traffic to paying guests.

Great view and service. The room facilities are in good condition and high-tech. We found a bit difficult to figure out which switch controls which lights. Need a better illustration. The breakfast is expensive for hotel guests.
