Very clean hotel. Room was exceptionally large. The bed was horrible. Very low to the ground. It was also defective. Upon sitting on it, it sank to the floor. My husband managed to do a quick fix. We informed the hotel the next morning. not sure if they looked into it but it didn't do it again. I have a back problem. I wouldn't recommend the bed; it caused severe pain. It felt like camping on a blow up mattress. The staff was nice. It took several minutes to check in but thats because the staff was dealing with an unhappy customer. They apologized for the inconvenience.

So I’m torn about this review because the hotel was clean, the room was clean, and overall the property well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. What I’m torn about is what was missing. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. Maybe it was on the website but nowhere in the room does it tell you if you need anything to cook with or eat with, to go down to the front desk. I don’t even know if that’s an option with cookware but We were also without an iron, ironing board, ice bucket and a box of Kleenex tissues. I’ve stayed in many hotels/motels and to not even have a box of tissues or a hairdryer is just crazy. If you need an iron/ ironing board or a hair dryer you have to sign it out. I get that maybe they do this to keep the cost of the hotel room low but knowing prior to traveling or being told when you check in would’ve been nice instead of trying to figure it out on my own and having to go downstairs and ask the question.
