No temperature control in the room very small above the bar that was so loud until 3am was not able to rest at all.

There is not one human being taking care of the property. That means it is NOT A HOTEL. I DON'T WANT CODES TEXTED TO ME IN ORDER TO OPEN DOORS. The only thing you could hear of humanity was the endless LOUD NOISE til 2am from the ground level bar that these rooms are directly above. Just awful.
