All staff were super helpful with all our requests when we had checked out and had a long wait for our bus, particularly Maria and Nhi. Property is super modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, and a lovely breakfast! Location is very central, we loves this hotel and would return if visiting Sapa.

The room is big and is same as the photo showed. Breakfast not much choice but still nice to eat with nice view. And walking distance to everywhere

Not good experiences in Sapa. Not clean coffee cup in the room. Not good condition and bad quality restaurant. I can never believe the Review's Grade. Why this hotel review's grade 9 plus? And they insisted the money exchanger rate 26,500VND per dollar only when I pay and this hotel requires an additional fee for card payment.
