If Busan is on your list and you’re traveling with a full crew, this stay is a rare find.
The location is literally about a 2-minute walk from Haeundae Beach, and the views alone made it worth it.
The space comfortably fit all six of us (which is harder to find than it should be), without anyone feeling cramped. It strikes that balance between practical and polished—roomy enough for family life, yet still elevated enough to feel like a proper getaway. We stayed in the “Panoramic Ocean View Suite,” and the view from the living room was absolutely stunning.
Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re exactly where you want to be—steps from the beach and surrounded by both local gems and popular spots, making it easy to switch between exploring and relaxing.
What stood out most was the staff—consistently helpful, genuinely attentive, and quick to make everything feel effortless.
We’ve stayed at other residence-style hotels nearby, but this one clearly stands out in both location and overall experience.
If you’re visiting Busan with more than four people, this is an easy recommendation—one of those stays that simply works, and a place where you’ll create great memories with family and friends.

New residential building. Room is spacious, clean, well equipped and fit for 5 pax of our family members. Location is great. With parking lot beneath the building. Check out time is 11.00am but parking is till 4.00pm. Reception staff is friendly and courteous. Check in is fast. Additional of towels are given at no questions

Absolutely terrible stay — not recommended.
This place is the definition of “you get what you pay for.” The washer and dryer are just for display. When I asked to use them, I was told to go to a coin laundry instead.
There were no mirrors or hangers in the room. The furniture was extremely cheap and very minimal. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was even worse — I could barely sleep.
The closet design makes no sense. Unless you are over 6 ft tall, you can’t even hang your jacket properly.
They advertise having a water purifier, but it wasn’t working at all.
Overall, very poor experience. The room felt neglected, poorly equipped, and not worth the money. I would definitely not stay here again.

The main drawback is the 4PM check-in time. Coming off a red-eye long distance international flight, the late check-in time is brutal. Convenient for hotel, at the expense of customers. Although I like the property, I'll look for something else next time.

I would not recommend this hotel. There was a very weird smell coming from the bathroom; we actually asked to move from our original room because the smell was so bad and the second room also had a weird smell. Many amenities were not included and the elevators are very slow. Also the size of rooms are not as pictured.
