Our 3 night stay was wonderful! We were welcomed nicely and given detailed instructions for use of the facilities. Our hot breakfast was amazing! And when we had questions the woman in charge was so very helpful in assisting by answering them. She even gave a womderful map to us. I would highly recommend any one staying here.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Grosvenor Gardens. The location was fantastic - tucked away on a quiet corner but just a couple blocks from public transit, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. All the staff members were warm, welcoming, and kind. I arrived before check-in to drop off my bags after a long travel day, and they hurried to prepare my room while I had lunch around the corner. The breakfast service was excellent, and they easily accommodated dietary restrictions. I opted for a compact room but it was still quite comfortable. I highly recommend Grosvenor Gardens for a pleasant and clean stay in Edinburgh.

Super lovely host and amazing breakfast that came with the room! I really loved the hot breakfast options. The room was really clean and cozy, I even heard birds chirping outside. Great location and comfy bed. Would definitely stay again! Oh and you get to have breakfast in a really cute dining room. Just outside of the heart of Edinburgh. All of the main attractions were within walking distance or bus/tram options were just down the street. Easy to get to from the airport via tram and a very short walk to the hotel. Staff were very helpful and very nice. Even made us a to go meal when we left before breakfast was served. Breakfast was big and filling. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and water hot in the shower. Very good breakfast was included. Easy 25 minute leisurely stroll to Edinburgh Castle through a nice neighbourhood. The Haymarket train, bus & tram station was 5 minute walk to this guest house. We arrived via train from Glasgow. At the end of our trip we took the Tram to the airport. So this is in a convenient location for getting around. Lots of restaurants and 2 pubs near the train station. Would stay here again if ever back in Edinburgh. Lovely, friendly owner!

Cute and comfortable facilities, but the best of all is the hosts. The family that runs the hotel is just so kind and welcoming, and they are really attentive to your needs. Breakfast room and food was very nice as well. I strongly recommend this place!
