This was well appointed and definitely keeps you in Toronto. The property is well maintained and the room is generally clean and modern with excellent amenities. The building exterior is also beautiful. The neighborhood felt a little unsafe, there are multiple homeless shelters, a lot of homeless people in the area. I am from NYC so it was not terrible for me. I would suggest taking a Lyft or Uber after sundown because of safety issues.

Great communication from the owners; and they even accomodated an earlier check-in and later check-out request which was much appreciated! The entire one bedroom apartment was very clean with large windows that let plenty of sunshine in. The bed sheets, blankets and towels were also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The actual bedroom is quite small and there is no luggage stand or dresser, but a large closet along the wall with lots of hangers. Temperature ctrl of the unit was great.Shower had great water pressure & plenty of hot water. Kitchen was very modern and had dishware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, a baking sheet pan,drip coffee maker, toaster. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Dishwashing liquid and sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and bleach were also available. The building is directly next to a starbucks and directly across the street from a Tim Horton's. It is about a 10 min walk to Eaton Centre (5-6 blocks) and 40 min walk to Rogers Centre. The area itself is so-so. There is a 24 hr security guard in the lobby; and entry to the lobby and access to the floors requires a key fob that is provided by the owner. We came across homeless people outside of the building quite a bit but did not have any issues. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe overall. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that would have improved the experience would be a box of tissues and a couple of those foldable luggage stands.
