The unit itself was clean and comfortable. And for the most part I was pleased.
What I didn’t like is that this is an apartment rental. NOT a hotel like the listing leads you to believe. This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. The day before we arrived I got a text from them confirming I had gotten the email with the instructions on how to get into the apartment. Which I hadn’t gotten as I was on vacation (international) with limited access to my emails. I was expecting to walk into the lobby of a nice hotel and check in, not figure out lock boxes on my own.
They do have some app to request service or answer questions, but there is no automatic maid service or coffee pod refills. Maybe if I had asked, but this is my vacation, not time to figure out how to ask for fresh towels.
The unit was on the first floor, so if you sleep with the doors or windows open for fresh air, you risk having someone enter while you sleep.
It was a nice area and very quiet. Walkable to all the areas. Restaurants and shops close by.
The dining room table has seating for 1 and the living room has two hard chairs, no comfy chair or couch to relax in.
I wouldn’t not stay here again, but when you are expecting a nice hotel, this was a let down.
