This was ok for one night. Not exactly close to the metro…about 10 min walk with luggage and humidity makes it challenging. The area around it doesn’t have much to do. The hotel itself is ok. Bed was comfortably hard. I’d stay again but only for one night

Positives: Room was clean and well presented Staff were friendly and helpful Close to train, underground and bus stations Lots of free amenities in the lobby Free 2 hour drink reception 5-7pm We also found good restaurants nearby Hotel is eco friendly and has various options for room cleaning Comments: It would have been nice to have a cold filtered water dispenser in the lobby/hotel floors We didn’t try out the breakfast available Negatives: Laundry - 3 machines and they are washer/dryers so our clothes took a while to dry and there was a queue As with all hotels in Tokyo we looked at there was very little storage space for our clothes and luggage since we were there a week

Property is located in Tamachi and walkable from the Yamanote train which circles Tokyo. The area is a mixture of offices, residential buildings and restaurants as well as Japan’s convenience stores called Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11 stores. The area is relatively quiet especially in the evening when workers have gone home.

Its in walking Distance to different Stations (JR, Metro). The Door to the Bath(toilet) did not close right, but for us thats was not a problem. Water temperature was changing during Shower.

The hotel staff were very rude and not helpful. The coffee machine was not clean and when in the lobby, they would charge guests for coffee. They were not accommodating with a child staying in one of the two rooms we booked. Luckily, we have family nearby so one person went to their house to sleep. I was willing to pay extra for the child to be able to stay with us, but they were unwilling to be flexible.

Good hotel near Tamachi station
Good hotel at six minutes walk from Tamachi train station, from where trains bring you to anywhere in Tokyo. Rather small room (as is in most hotels in Tokyo), but all works well, very clean, well maintained. I did not try the breakfast. Nothing to complain about, except that there are not that many restaurants in the area (best to walk to Tamachi station).
