Good location and friendly staff
Staff was very sweet and helpful. Location was good. Room was clean and tidy. We parked our car in the near by in the Apcoa parking building, which was really expensive. Nonetheless, it was broken in to, which kinda destroyed our holiday.

It was a good place to stay and near metro stations, beds were a little small but since we only stay for 2 nights we didn’t mind. Staff was super friendly and welcoming; specially Montse, she was so helpful and my dad (who only speaks Spanish) was happy to be able to communicate with someone in his language. So we are very thankful with her for being so nice!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel; the atmosphere of the lobby was extremely welcoming and relaxing. The only issue we had was regarding how the bunk bed did not have an outlet plug, but other than that, everything else was wonderful.

Great hotel with a clean room and all working facilities, not sure bunk bed above the main bed is a great option for younger travellers i.e 4 yr old, as it presented a injury risk being low down to the main bed. Service was great and ease of stay was great.

Exceptional stay, everything was perfect!
Beautiful and exceptional stay in Rotterdam. We booked right after the opening, therefore everything is completely new, clean, modern, and well thought-through. The staff was overly friendly and kind, great service! I never stayed at a hotel this perfect. Can absolutely recommend - especially now while the prices are still low compared to what you get for your money.
