We really liked the Grand Hyatt: the staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was big, well designed, and quiet, and had a great view of the city. I had other 5-stor hotel options in Shanzhen but I stick to Grand Hyatt for its amazing spa setting and its convenient location. I love it’s connected to a giant mall so I can just walk over for great dining options. It’s high end and quiet, though it is probably less grand than the other new 5-star hotels around. I highly recommend this place and will def stay here again and again- and you must see the spa and be wowed.

It's a bit far from the subway. The most inconvenient thing about the room is the bathroom. Three sides are surrounded with glass but not shade. Since I travelled with my family, it's quite troublesome, have to wait till one finishes the bath or shower before I can enter.
