It’s attached to the absolute bestttttt restaurant on the island, Mr Grouper. We stayed 5 days and ate there about 5 times, we loved it! The microwave in the room didn’t work and there’s room cleaning every other day. But otherwise great! Small and quaint.

Cozy and comfortable!!

Awesome and cozy hotel!!! Looked at the pics and once we arrived, the room looked exactly like in the pic. Very comfy, cozy, modern, and simple. The fish cookout next door was also an added pleasure. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

She was pleasant and very polite and she went above and beyond to accommodate our stay while on vacation. I would definitely recommend this spot and will be back!!! Great Property, our stay was amazing. The room looked just like the promotion pictures. 15 minute walk to the beach. If you don’t mind the walk it’s an excellent choice. Friendly staff Clean room Great Air Conditioner Nice Pool Not much around it. 30 minute walk to Grace Bay Beach & Grocery store ****several nights there was music past 3am at a local bar next door

If you are looking for a place to stay in Turks that is affordable and amazing quality this is definitely the place! I will be recommending this place to friends to plan to travel in the future. I felt very safe the entire stay and the staff were beyond nice. The only reason i gave this a 4 star is because the room only had one mirror. A small bathroom sink mirror. Everything else was amazing

A comfortable place . I love the rooms decor , comfortable bed, AC on point and the lighting of the room was great too . The room Was well equipped with a mini kitchen. The receptionist was very nice and gentle, always smiled , she was very welcoming. I traveled solo so she explained me how to move around, she was very helpful. Probably the only person that smiled. I can not say the same about the people from the restaurant, but that’s another story. But I loved the property overall.

As a couple booking a single room with a king-size bed, that was what we expected. Instead we got a room with 2 full/queen size beds that we struggled to share due to my disability.Within a few minutes of arriving, we checked the layout & amenities, noting that the lower cabinet in the kitchen was FULL of trash, the bathroom floor had someone's hair scattered throughout, there is no bathroom vent fan, and the paint on the ceiling is peeling off. We went down to talk to Sabrina about the trash and that we wouldn't be held responsible for that mess, which was promptly rectified. When we got back that night though, we realized that several buttons on the TV remote do not work, and the air conditioning unit does not stop running or allow for temperature to be lowered enough to keep warm, on top of the existing issue with very thin bedding and a smaller size bed than usual. There was a regular thud sound coming from somewhere nearby and no curtains over one of the windows, so between light, noise, and temperature we barely slept. When we got up we found that the bathroom cabinet had literally fallen apart from consistent decay due to moisture and no ventilation. The nails are firmly intact, but the wood softened and gave way to gravity. The bathroom door is so low to the ground that when you open it, it pushed the bbath mat against the shower, so it's obvious there are ventilation issues. We tried to go to the office to speak to someone but we sat for an hour and no one ever came.

The property was clean and the best restaurant on the island is next door. That made everything perfect. The AC was nice and cold which was great because the days were truly hot. Overall , I am staying here everytime in in Turks. Location is great.

Great place for a short stay

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our holiday to Turks. The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was spotless and the towels and toiletries were great. Fans and aircon kept the temperature down. We were very jetlagged and had been awake for about 23 hours so the loud music from the restaurant didn't stop us from sleeping on our first night. We checked out the rooftop pool which had some good sunbeds although no shade. The water was very clean.The only slight negatives were the safe didn't work initially but this was resolved and it would have been nice to have some bottled water in the fridge.
