The hotel needs some improvements with service and amenities. The rooms weren’t ready at check in time. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken and the air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room. Room service never came in the room to clean or replenish the towels so I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. The restaurant staff was great and the food was delicious for breakfast, but restaurant wasn’t open in the evening although they advertised a dinner menu.

The hotel was located on the outskirts of Daytona Beach. I thought it would actually be in the city near shops, mall, and restaurants. I booked on expedia and was not aware that the location would be so hidden away from the city.
The room was clean and the staff were professional and helpful.
