The hotel’s profile on your profile on your website implies that it is a standalone hotel with its own staff, reception, bar, at least a breakfast bar yet it has none of those. It’s simply a downmarket bedroom annex across an often wet and rainy street from the Antwerp Radisson Blue.

Central position, right beside the Central Station: check-in, check-out and breakfast in another building, that makes the experience unconfortable, mostly if you arrive in the evening, with typical night people around the stations, and no reception at the entrance, as you need to move from one building to another.

Everything was great, except you had to go to Radisson Blu to go eat breakfast , it wasn’t a long walk but still, other then that it was great, just a few steps to the central train station.

Fabulous Antwerp
The location right across the square from the train station is great. Check in was a bit of a trial as I was instructed to check in at the other Radisson across the square and they were not coping with the number of people checking in at once. My hotel lobby was being refurbished so that was the reason. The room was very large and very comfortable. This was great value for money in terms of location- a -15 minute easy walk to the Old Town with its museums and fabulous restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Fun experience
This hotel must've been under construction so we had to check in at the Bluu Radisson acorss the street. We did have to use our keys to open the street door, and then wait in what was like a decontamination chamber for the first door to close in order for the next door to open into the building. It was only a very minor inconvenience because the hotel was so nice and comfortable, as well as convient being close to the train station.

Terrible, but great cleaning.
Terrible entrance. They never answered where the breakfast buffet where, so I never got breakfast at the hotel, waste of 100EUR. Power outage for 5-10min, even while showering. No outlets near bed for alarm. Nearly no lighting in room. No ventilation in bathroom, even though a outlet was visible, I had to open the bathroom door and use the aircondition.
