AVOID AT ALL COSTS , A SCAM HONESTLY THE WORST EXP
Firstly I was meant to stay in another brunch of Costa viva or Costa Sariyaz, apparently they are all related to the same company, when I arrived to Costa Sariyaz they surprised me that my reservation is in the other one, I was shocked because I’m pretty sure I booked with the first one, I went to Costa viva at first they were nice they promised me to give the best service possible. The room wasn’t that clean especially the shower ohhh, they basically do room cleaning every two days, which only happened once during my stay for 9 days! I asked the receptionist more than twice, asked the other night shift receptionist as well they say yes now or tomorrow morning they never come, at the end I asked for a compensation she wasn’t helpful and told me you should have put the card you enter to the room with outside so the stuff can enter and clean the room which I was not aware of that, as she never told me that when I came to ask/complain for the room service! They said that I needed to leave the card for them to enter the room to complete the cleaning room service, but I was not notified of that upon arrival. Plus that couldn’t be possible as once when I was in the room with the door locked at night one of the staff members opened the door and shut it once he realised we were in! I have never stayed in any hotel like this before, it was such a horrible experience, honestly my whole holiday was ruined by them.

Bodrum centre stay
We stayed for only 2 nights and for what we paid I thought our stay good. Room was comfy and clean (although no view from window) bed was very comfy, aircon, hairdryer, fridge and tv all worked ok. Bathroom overall good shower worked well and there was always hot water. Location of hotel was excellent near to beach, shops, marina and castle area and we would rate the breakfast as excellent and staff friendly we would use the hotel again

Great stay!
We had a great time staying in Costa Viva Bodrum. Excellent location, restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back :)

Good basic hotel near shops and restaurants
Great budget hotel right in the action down by the water, lots of restaurants, shops and you can walk to everything including both ports. Ask for more blankets because you just get a sheet. Staff was not overly friendly at all compared to the rest of Turkey. Breakfast was basic. Staff at breakfast was friendlier. Good hotel for an overnight if you are taking the ferry to Kos. They have updated the “small” rooms but still working on the halls. There are a lot of nightclubs around so this one is good if you want to enjoy the clubs but go back to a safe, quiet room minutes away from the action.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, la douche est grande et pratique, et le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Il manque cependant des rangements et de quoi suspendre les serviettes, car nous devions tout mettre par terre. Le personnel responsable du petit-déjeuner est très accueillant.

Sono tornato in Turchia dopo tanti anni, ma i luoghi turistici sono sempre mediocri. La posizione di questo hotel è molto strategica in quanto, è centrale e molto vicino alle vie dello shopping griffato.!!! Inoltre nelle vicinanze si trova un fantastico e stellato ristorante di carne. A riferimento dell'hotel desidero precisare che la colazione a base di dolci è inesistente, (c'è solo un pò di pane, burro ed una specie di marmellata) mentre prediligono molto quella salata e vegetariana. Camere pulite, ma molto spartane e bagno molto piccolo.

Kaldığımız oda çok havasızdı, penceresi duvara açılıyordu. Konumu merkezi ama otopark sıkıntısı mevcut. Haritadaki konum oteli tam olarak çıkartmıyor. Çevredeki otoparklar çok pahalı. Çevresinde yemek yeme seçenekleri mevcut, çarşının dibinde. Sadece uyumak için tercih edebilirsiniz.
