Very nice service. Since it was my second stay I got a free upgrade of the room. Room was clean, big and comfortable. Very good access to exhibition or old town with direct subway line just outside.

The Hotel is really close to the metro station and close old town. The rooms were pretty large for a European standard and really comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice with a lot of options. The Staff were great during the check in/out process and provided suggestions of activities in town (other than the Christmas Markets). The have a laundry facility in the basement with irons and ironing boards, which was nice when you want to freshen up your clothes after a couple of days traveling.

The hotel is very accessible by car (including parking at a reasonable price) and by public transport (the U-Bahn station is literally around the corner). Rooms are adequately sized, cleanliness is exemplary. The breakfast is varied, rich, good quality and tasty. Pleased with the selection of cheeses and teas. Coffee is - German... Overall, very good value for money.

The hotel lies in a quiet street just off a busy road, and less than a block away from the Nuremberg Metro (U-Bahn). It has parking on site, but you must get in early because on two out of three nights, I cam too late and had to park on the street in a time-restricted zone. The check-in on a Sunday afternoon, when there was just one attendant at the reception, took an exceptionally long time to complete.
