We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, and the staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. The only minor downside was that there is a bar downstairs, which meant there was quite a bit of noise until late at night. Apart from that, everything was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great experience for first time Chania. Its walking distance to all the attractions. The AC is excellent. There's a fridge ( you're going to want to buy and store the amazing wine and cheese while you're here). Bozzallo staff provided me with the phone number to a fair and reliable taxi service which allowed me to visit the stunning Seitan Limania beach, unreachable without a car, and permitted me to eat at the extraordinary To AntiKristo restaurant located just outside Chania. But the best thing about Bozzali is the service, I arrived at midnight, long after the check in time had finished and they sent me a video on WhatsApp explaining how to access my keys, check into my room and get the wifi working. Not many places in Europe will do that!

We loved our stay here. It is continently located to harbour, restaurants, shopping and parks. The only downfalls about this location is the noise at night. It starts to settle down around 1-2am, which was difficult with young ones. The other would be parking, it is hard to find a spot on the street, public parking is ridiculously over priced, the free location is a 10min walk. But these inconveniences wouldn’t stop me from staying again! We loved the staff and room.

Perfect stay

This room was absolutely gorgeous, I felt like I was in a film. Very cute and quaint, I slept with all the curtains open as it was all so lovely outside. Felt very safe, in the nice old town. Was lovely to hear the music from the bars while I went to sleep. Slept here with my husband and 5 year old. Very comfy beds!
