Perfect boutique hotel in Chania
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The staff are helpful and friendly. They put us at ease the moment we checked in. Attentive to our requests. The location is Very convenient. 10 mins walk to old town and the beach. Breakfast was great. Perfect cup of cappuccino. The view from our balcony was magnificent. Will definitely stay there again.

Eco friendly. Need to get used to that. There were no amenities besides the buffet breakfast which was very good. Staff was helpful Hotel itself was clean and well maintained although it was outside the old harbor ( my fault) It wasn’t in a bad location.

Manolis at reception not only made our stay in Chania a lovely one but our whole stay in Crete an amazing one with his excellent suggestions . It’s really the people that make a property superior. SanSal is already a perfect hotel but it wears extra stars with Manolis.

We stayed at this hotel 11 nights. We had an incredible view of the ocean and parts of the old fortress. The daily breakfast was plentiful and very good. One of the best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone was friendly. They went out of their way to make our time there relaxing and enjoyable orienting us with any information we needed to explore Chania and Crete. Anna, Harris, Magnolia and Anna-Maria at the front desk were excellent. At breakfast Konstantinos and Christina were friendly and very helpful. All of these folks were true hospitality professionals. We will definitely want to stay at this hotel again!

Housekeeping staff, restaurant staff were very hospitable. Most of the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Welcome bottle of wine was a pleasant surprise and it was nice to have bottles of water in the room everyday.

Woman at reception was extremely helpful in assisting us in renting a car plus providing areas of interest to drive for a day trip. Sorry I did not get her name. Monday Oct 17 day shift. Hotel was in a perfect location to walk to old town in minuets. Lovely breakfast included. Woman at the coffee bar very helpful and friendly. Clean, comfortable beds, nice washroom.
